Ensign Fell
Fells Point is a waterfront neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, but was originally a busy commercial and industrial port named after founder Admiral William Fell—who, despite being known by this name today, was apparently never actually an Admiral!
Ensign is the first rank in the Navy, so it seemed like a cute name for the kids’ version of the Admiral’s hat, which has been reworked for little people with the addition of adorable earflaps. As an added bonus, this hat can be worn with either side facing out—2 hats in one!
